Location: the hotel was really close to Melrose Place, what a stunning venue. Booked a room with lovely views of the garden and swimming pool. The breakfasts were plentiful and the service was good!

Charming small and safe hotel located next to a central suburb and the beautiful garden area. Great and lovely location at the Birdhaven shops, easy to get around. Big building and rooms with a personal touch. Variety of outstanding food at breakfast time.

This venue offers a functional room beautifully decorated with an en suite bathroom featuring a shower, a hairdryer, and towels.

Helpfullness & friendliness of the owner and staff. Sue, the owner, went out of her way to give us all the information and help we needed to get around the city. Our room was very spacious, airy and light set in a lovely garden and we felt very secure. The whole stay was like visiting friends rather than going to a hotel.

Melrose Place Guest Lodge is conveniently situated close to hiways, malls, shopping centres, restaurants etc. The security is very good. The service is friendly, efficient and not in the way! The host, Sue, makes you feel at home.

If you want to be close to Rosebank, Melrose, or Sandton, this Lodge is in the perfect location. The breakfast is served in a beautiful dining room with a bay window filled with blue and white ceramics. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with large ensuite baths and seating areas outside. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing great suggestions for restaurants and shopping.

The only downside is that the staff can sometimes be distracted, like setting up tables for the next guests while you are still eating.

The room and bathroom were spacious and well-appointed, giving it a cozy bed and a serene setting. The staff were professional, punctual and accommodating, making sure my stay exceeded expectations. The fast WiFi and stocked mini bar were convenient bonuses. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and the wait staff provided excellent service. The lodge's beautiful garden views made me feel like I was on a relaxing getaway. I highly recommend this place for a peaceful weekend or holiday to rejuvenate and find tranquility.
